The Eureka Station is a Cornish Tavern operating on Notorious Blair Street in Silverton, Colorado. Our back of house staff is led by Chef Nathan Schroepfer, former private chef for famous golfer Greg Norman "The Shark." Chef Nathan brings two decades of experience and a lot of enthusiasm as he and his talented team bring delicious and new fresh food to the Silverton Community and guests.
One of our popular dishes is the Cornish Pasty (pronounced pass-tee). The Cornish Pasty was popularized in the United States by Cornish immigrants who came over in the mid 1800's to work in mining communities like Silverton.
While the pasty is a staple, we are excited to have a rotating menu that features seasonal food and unique cuisine choices. Please join us of an evening for a wonderful small-town gastro experience in our little valley tucked high up in the San Juan Mountains.
